Here at ReJuvenere Medical Spa, we are looking for an experienced Aesthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

RMS offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our patients can look and feel their best.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

To provide facial treatments , waxing, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and cosmetic laser services for a growing medical spa practice.

  • Assess the skin condition of customers and propose suitable treatment options.

  • Suggest our range of medical-grade skincare products, such as lotions, facial cleansers, and moisturizers, to customers.

  • Administer advanced aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments, adhering to established best practices.

  • Handle all facets of patient care, encompassing the collection of medical histories and conducting skincare/aesthetic consultations.

  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with patients and colleagues.

  • Respond to and resolve patient inquiries and concerns effectively.

  • Participate in compensated training sessions and staff meetings.

  • Display enthusiasm and openness to acquiring new skills and techniques.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant personnel.

  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The position requires:

  • A current and active license from the state of New York, demonstrating compliance with all requirements.

  • At least two years of practical experience within the realm of aesthetics.

  • Confidence in promoting one's services to allure prospective clients.

  • A welcoming and polished demeanor, projecting professionalism.

  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to the field of aesthetics, radiating positive energy.

  • Keen focus on precision and completion of tasks.

  • An out-going and proactive attitude towards achieving goals.

  • Ability to work special events as needed and assigned.

  • This is a part-time position with flexible working days/shifts.
